Delivery

We offer two forms of shipping, standard delivery and 1st class royal mail.

Standard delivery : 2-3 working days

1st class: 1-2 working days

In the event that multiple items are purchased resulting in overly large packages Dpd 1-2 day delivery will be used at no extra cost.

Returns

​

We must be notified of any returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. 
After this 14 day period your order will be assumed satisfactory. All claims of shipment errors and requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.
Returned or exchanged items must be in brand new resalable condition and in original packaging

Returned items will be refunded (minus shipping costs) and exchanges will incur an extra shipping charge.
